Stop searching and stop worrying.  We have your new harness!

Do not guess and order any ole harness.  They are all different and will not match your engine plug ins or switches or other components!

We still do not know why someone would hack on a harness or cut wires trying to repair a unit??? They must think they are going to re-wire it or by-pass something.  OK if you really know what you are doing........

We are a repair-shop gone wild and have years of experience with these Chinese Powersports Units.

We also became tired of searching for parts and getting no response or help from anybody we searched on and contacted. OR reached some live person with no speaky english.

We can take any of our wire harnesses and MATCH YOUR ENGINE PLUG IN WIRES and make your engine purr again.

Here is how we do it. Each custom harness is actually plugged into an engine bolted to our engine test frame in our shop. We turn on the key switch, push the start button and VOILA, the engine starts and purrs on our test bench.  We test the light circuits, charging circuits and more. 

BEST OF ALL -- we TAG each harness plug-in if its a rear light, a front light or a safety switch or a starter solenoid or a brake light switch plug-in etc etc. You may not need some of the features or plug-ins on our custom harness.

Here is what we need from you to get started:  Identify your engine by checking out our engine pictures in our chinese engine category or there is more info in our engine hard parts category to help identify the engine. You will then need to identify which engine plug ins you have by visiting our stator magneto section and viewing the pictures.  Keep in mind some plugs coming from engine might just be a gear shift indicator light sensor and not really important to us unless you must have your gear indicator shift lights working.  Once you identify the engine stator magneto plug in style, we need to know those wire colors in those plug-ins. We need to know what this beast is, a mini atv, a full frame size atv, a go-kart, a scooter or dirt bike???  THATS IT, that is all we need from you to create your new wire harness!!

Your new harness will be based on the newest  or most popular switches that are readily available, the newest CDIs or regulators etc etc.....  just in case you need to replace a switch or other electrical component down the road.

OK, what does it cost??  The basic 50-70-90-110cc ATV harness starts around $40, then add a key switch for $13 and a handlebar main switch for $25-$35 depending on if you need choke cable lever style main switch.  This means you will plug in your old CDI, old voltage regulator, old starter relay if electric start (most are), and plug into your engine stator magneto. Bottom line--- custom harness starts around $80.

You may not be able to reuse your CDI or regulator if it does not match our harness plug ins etc.  Most ignition coils can be adapted to our harness if you believe your coil to be good. We cannot match your current handlebar switch or key switch. We should be able to supply key switch that will mount in same way as your old key switch.  We may need to know how your key switch mounts or identify your old key switch in our key switch category for mounting purposes.

This electrical item is a special order item and we cannot accept any kind of returns for refunds.  NO REFUNDS, however, if you feel that there is a problem with your new harness, you may return it for testing on our engine test frame set-up.  We guarantee our harness to be in proper working condition when it was shipped.

ATTENTION REPAIR-SHOPS--- we are designing a test harness that will allow you to plug into an engine and fire it.  This will be a basic harness consisiting of an ignition coil, cdi and simple kill switch.  Throw away the ohm meters,,,,,   yes yes!

Exact Fit Harness Info - We do stock some exact harness replacements for TAO TAO, Kazuma, some RedCats, Panthers (new style only).  Contact us for details because you may not need a custom harness.
